In recent months we’ve had a spate of labour disputes that ended up in the Constitutional Court where employers found themselves on the losing side. Trade union NEHAWU has also issued several media statements expressing their dissatisfaction with state bodies as employers. In today’s show we take a closer look at employers behaviour and assess whether indeed there is a trend of them defying labour law.
