On 17 November three labour bills were gazetted. These bills propose major changes to workers’ rights with amendments to the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) as well as the introduction of the National Minimum Wage bill. In today’s show we assess the impact that these bills are likely to have on workers and the labour market if passed.
